Luker Village Dementia Center

The feasibility study is complete for this non-profit skilled nursing home campus comprised of six separate 12-bed cottages and an administration building designed on a campus planned unit development with an arts-and-crafts residential look and feel and master planned for three additional future cottages. The facility is primarily for dementia care, but can double as a nursing home and will include hospice care.
